Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Gidhour P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, registered U/S 17(c), 21(b), 27(a), 28, 29 of NDPS Act, pending in the Court of Sri Shambhu Lal Shaw, learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Chatra. On 11.12.2024 at about 03:30 P.M., Gidhour police apprehended this petitioner from a place near Kasturba Awasiya Vidyalay, Gidhour and on search 32 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that the quantum of recovered brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner is accused in Simariya P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024. It was further submitted that the name of this petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused in Simariya P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Chatra in connection with Gidhour P.S.
