The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the Respondents particularly the respondent no. 5 to 8 to restore the possession of the petitioner over his Khatiyani land Patna High Court CWJC No.601 of 2025(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 appertaining to Khata No. 172, Khesra No. 1555, Area-1 Bigha, 1 Katha and 5 dhurs which are in wrong and illegal possession of the 9 to 11 on the instance of the respondent no. 8. (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the respondents to compensate the petitioner for his loss as the Khatiyani land of the petitioner has been wrongly and forcefully given to the possession of the respondent no. 9 to 11 by the respondent no. 8. (iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the opinion of this Hon'ble court. 3.
