Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the provisions stating restoration period as Government order dated 08.12.2008 issued by the Finance (General) Section 3 of State of U.P. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of respondents mandamus directing to the respondents to restore the commuted pension of the petitioners after expiry of 10 years 11 months or at best 11 years instead of 15 years as provided in Government order dated 08.12.2008. 3. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to stop the recovery of commuted value of pension from the petitioners after expiry of 10 years and 11 months or best 11 years instead of 15 years." 3. In respect of the same cause of action, this Bench has decided a writ petition being Writ-A No. 265 of 2025, which petition has been dismissed today. 4.
