The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is to conduct Phodi and Durast in respect of the subject land and accordingly, the petitioner has made applications through OnLine and the same is produced at Annexures J and H respectively. 4. In that view of the matter, respondent no.2 is hereby directed to consider the same in accordance with law at the earliest. It is also made clear that the petitioner has also made a representation to respondent no.2 dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure-K), and the same shall be considered while conducting survey in respect of the subject land.
