The RPFC is of the year 2018. When the matter came up on 18.07.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed retirement memo seeking permission to retire from the case wherein it is stated that the retirement notice was sent on 19.06.2024 to the petitioners and the same was served on 22.06.2024 as per online Track Consignment and the same is filed before the Court. This Court had accepted the memo and permitted the counsel to retire from the case and directed the Registry to print the name of the parties.
