The present application has been filed by applicants for quashing the order dated 7.7.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.2, Fatehpur in Session Trial No. 838 of 2022 (State Versus Sanjay Yadav) arising out of Case Crime No. 252 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 304B of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Kotwali, District- Fatehpur, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.2, Fatehpur. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants states that she may be permitted to withdraw this application filed under Section 528 BNSS with liberty to file bail application before the court below. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 5. Under the circumstances, the present application under Section 528 BNSS is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicants to approach the court concerned for bail, for a period of 20 days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. In case, the bail application is preferred by the applicants before the court concerned, the court concerned shall decide the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. 6.
