The prayer made in the public interest litigation was to close the coal factory situated in Bandh Ki Dhani, Bawanpada Road, Sikandra, Tehsil Sikrai, District Dausa. 2. A reply has been filed by the State Authorities and it has been stated that a physical inspection was carried out by the Pollution Control Board on 24.04.2024, a show cause notice was issued to the respondent No.6 on 01.05.2024. Further in compliance of the order of the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board, the operation of the factory has been closed and a report to that effect has also been submitted that the petitioner was satisfied with the compliance. 3. In view thereto, we closed the proceedings in the Public Interest Litigation. The civil writ petition (PIL) be consigned to record room.
