order dated 19.06.2025 is given effect petitioner - Raman Kumar Sinha’s right would be affected on account of his
Patna High Court CWJC No.18327 of 2024(9) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 Advocate - Mr. M.P.Dixit. Therefore, we thought that order dated 19.06.2025 be recalled and in terms of the submission made by Mr. M.P.Dixit he be permitted to withdraw this present writ petition and file a fresh writ petition.
2. In the light of aforementioned reasons, we proposed to recall the order dated 19.06.2025 and accordingly, it is recalled.
3. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the present CWJC No. 18327 of 2024 stands disposed of.
