1. The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 02.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 410/2024, whereby the respondents were directed to accord consideration to the letter dated 19.05.2023 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date a copy of the order along with the writ petition and annexed documents was furnished to them.
2. Statement of facts/compliance report stands filed, wherein it is stated that pursuant to order dated 19.05.2023, the matter was considered and the petitioner-institute has been provided with the login ID and password. It is, therefore, contended that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
3. In view of the statement of facts/compliance report, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, stands discharged.
