SUTHAR Date : 16/06/2025 ORAL ORDER By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought direction in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondent No.2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and to submit action taken report pursuant to the representation dated 02.09.2023 of the petitioner. Perusing the record it appears that representation is dated 02.09.2023 and thereafter the present petition is ?led on 29.01.2024 and after ?ling of representation dated 02.09.2023, no untoward incident has happened with the petitioner and therefore, there is no threat perception to the petitioner. In view of the above, no case is made out to entertain the present petition and is disposed of accordingly with liberty in favor of the petitioner to approach the authority if there is any threat perception in future and the authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
