No.183/2018, produced at Annexure-B. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 3 1. The petitioner – Corporation is agreed to reinstate the Respondent into service with continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without backwages, from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement as per the interim order. Three increments withheld by the Tribunal is confirmed. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 24.02.2020 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru in Ref. No.183/2018, produced at Annexure-B.
