Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Health and Family Welfare Department appearing for the applicants. Also heard Mr. M. Nath, learned senior counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 1 and Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2. 2. This application has been filed with a prayer for extension of time, seeking 4 (four) weeks’ further time to comply with the Order dated 05.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) no. 2106/2023. 3. I have perused the statements made in the application. 4. Mr. Nath, learned Senior Counsel for the opposite party no. 1 submits that he would have no objection if further 4 (four) weeks’ time is granted to the Department, provided no further extension of time is sought for implementation of the Court’s order. 5. Ms. Bora, learned counsel appearing for the applicants has assured this Court that if 4 (four) weeks’ time is granted w.e.f. today for complying with the Court’s order, no further extension of time would be prayed for. 6. In view of the above and taking note of the statements made in the application, 4 (four) weeks’ further time w.e.f. today, is hereby granted to the Departmental Authority so as to comply with the Order dated 05.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) no. 2106/2023.
