By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicants is that a direction be issued to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Misc. Case No. 1006/2022 (Pooja Vs. Balveer), under Section 128 Cr.P.C. of Police Station- Sarapataha, District- Jaunpur, pending in the Court of Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, within a short stipulated period. 3. It is matrimonial dispute. The applicant is wife of the respondent no.2. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant moved an application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. in the year 2022 before the court below concerned for execution of the maintenance, which is still pending. 5. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
