The petitioners have prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to allot land to them under Pilibhit Kheri Rehabilitation Scheme launched by the State Government. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners have also made complaint on IGRS portal and a report has been submitted in their favour but the petitioners have not been allotted any land so far. 3. Shri Rajiv Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the authorities will take appropriate decision in light of the Scheme. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the competent authority to take appropriate decision on the applications of the petitioners within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of their applications.
