The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnised on 03.05.2022 at Sreekrishna Temple, Guruvayoor, as per Hindu religious rites and rituals. The petitioner filed OP.No.920 of 2023, before the Family Court, Attingal, for return of gold ornaments, money and for consequential reliefs. 3. The petitioner is the permanent resident of Kollam District. It is very difficult for her to travel from Kollam to Ernakulam on all postings. The petitioner will have to travel overnight or reach there the previous day and arrange an overnight stay. The petitioner will have to mostly undertake such tedious travel without being accompanied by any other responsible person. Respondent is the permanent resident of Thiruvananthapuram. Thus, the petitioner seeks transfer of the above O.P.(H&M)No.1318 of 2023 to the Family Court, Attingal. 4. On receipt of the notice, the learned counsel entered TR.P(C) NO. 870 OF 2023 3 2025:KER:28837 appearance for the respondent and submits that he has no objection in transferring the case filed by him. Therefore, the transfer petition is allowed, and O.P.(H&M)No.1318 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam, is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Attingal. 6. The Family Court, Ernakulam shall immediately transfer the records to the Family Court Attingal. On receipt of the records, the Family Court Attingal shall dispose of the case in accordance with law. The parties are directed to appear before Family Court, Attingal on 03.05.2025. The Tr.P( C) is allowed as above.
