Case No. 100 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 132, 221, 324(3), 352 and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Veena Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. On 27.10.2024, Kandi Police received information that the accused persons were illegally trying to dispossess Niki Devi from her land. It appears that the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the Police Party. 4. It was submitted that some of the named accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide A.B.A. No. 1295 of 2025 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. It was further submitted that there is general allegation all the accused persons including these petitioners. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Veena Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
