The Complainant has tendered an affidavit of compromise between the parties, which is taken on record. The original Complainant, Haresh Manilal Somaiya, has also remained present. 2. Upon perusal of the affidavit filed by the original Complainant, it transpires that the parties have settled the dispute and the Complainant has received the full and final amount of Rs. 9,00,000/- by way of demand draft. He has no objection if the complaint is quashed and set aside. It is also stated that he has accepted the settlement and has voluntarily entered into the compromise. Sessions Judge, Jamnagar in Criminal Appeal No. 132 of 2025, confirming the order passed by the Ld. 7th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamnagar in Criminal Case No. 7508 of 2015, stands quashed and set aside.
