The petitioner has been made accused in connection with C.I.D. Court Case No. 07 of 2024, corresponding to C.I.D. P.S. Case No.32 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and cognizance has been taken under Sections 385/387/120B of the I.P.C), pending in the court of Sri P. K. Sharma, learned AJC-XVIII at Ranchi. Between 09/11.06.2024, rangdari was demanded from the informant from a mobile phone bearing No. 9199568782. It was submitted that mobile number does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused Suraj Saw has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7847/2024. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.
