Heard Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Abhijeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 30.11.2024 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Saharanpur rejecting his application for spot inspection filed in S.C.C. Revision No. 02 of 2022; Manprit Singh vs. Jayanti Prasad. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Abhijeet Singh, however, submits that the petitioner has unnecessarily moved this application just to delay the proceedings. 4. Be that as it may, since it is a miscellaneous application for spot inspection, which has come to be rejected, I do not find any goodreason to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage leaving it open for the petitioner to take it as a ground also, if S.C.C. revision is decided against him. 5.
