(Oral) Through the instant writ petition, 226/227 of the Constitution of India, challenge is thrown to the order dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P-14), wherethrough, registration of two students of the petitioner-School for C refused. A further prayer is made to set aside the circulars dated 30.04.2025 (Annexure P/2A), 10.06.2025 (Annexure P 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-8), which prescribe the last date and imposition of late fee for students’ registration for CBSE Sp A Coordinate Bench, after hearing learned counsel for the parties, had provisionally allowed the students, namely Afreen and Arhamar Khan, to participate in the Sports Tournament, vide order 25.07.2025, which reads as under:-

“Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the last date to get admission in Class 11th in the school as per CBSE guidelines is 31.08.2025 student can be admitted in Class 11th upto 31.08.2025, any candidate admitted prior to that, who is validly admitted to a school, cannot participation in the Sports Tournament being held by the Central Board of Secondary Education.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further argues that the Sports the CBSE keeping in view t so that only the students who get admission in the academic courses upto the last date, are allowed to participate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-School had admitted two students: one on 07.07.2025 and another on are not being allowed to participate in the Sports Tournament on the ground that as per the notice issued for conducting the students should have been admitted and registered 05.07.2025, which is inconsistent with the last date of admission to a class 11th which is 31.08.2025 hence, there is a discrepancy with regard to admission in the school and with regard to last date for participation and registration in the Sports Tournament of a student admitted
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that two students are not being allowed to participate in the Sports Tournament, to held from 05.08.2025 till 10.08.2025.
