CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing Award dated 06.02.2020 passed by Industrial Tribunal, Bangalore, in ID.no.103/2013 vide Annexure-A. 2. After negotiations, parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both parties have filed Joint Memo duly signed before Lok Adalath. Joint Memo reads as follows: "JOINT MEMO The WP filed against the award in ID No.103/2013 dated 6.2.2020 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Bangaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 3 1. The punishment order Dated 22.08.2005 is modified and withholding of one increment for a period of 2 years without cumulative effect is restored notionally till the date of settlement. 2. Revised pay further will be paid from the date of settlement. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of modifying Award dated 06.02.2020 passed by Industrial Tribunal, Bangalore, in ID.no.103/2013 vide Annexure-A, in terms of Joint Memo.
