Case No.155 of 2023 dated 19.08.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of learned IVth Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise-II, Nalanda at Biharsharif. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
