Noticing the aforesaid act and conduct of the appellants, it seems that they are not interested in pursuing this case. Earlier, thereto this was consigned to record room by this Forum vide order dated 29.11.2024 on the similar ground and the same was revived vide order dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Forum on an application filed by the appellants. Accordingly, this case is again consigned to the record room with liberty to the appellants to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before the appropriate Forum if such necessity arises.
