Prayer in the present civil writ petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 25.4.2025 (Annexure 6) passed by respondent No.2-Transport Commissioner, Haryana, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Secretary, RTA, Narnaul to the Headquarter, Chandigarh without assigning reasons, which is in violation of the Online Transfer Policy Notification No.2/07/22-2T(I) dated 01.6.2022; as well as quashing of Relieving Order dated 30.4.2025 (Annexure P respondent No.30District Transport Officer, RTA, Rewari.
At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of Transfer Policy dated 01.6.2022 the petitioner has already completed the maximum term at his present place of posting, which is three years. Therefore, the present writ
