By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner wants direction to the respondent authority to consider the claim of petitioner for promotion from the post of Anganwadi Sahika to Anganwadi Karyakarti as according to petitioner she is fully qualified. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that District Program Officer, Banda has written to the Child Development Project Officer, Badokhar Khurd District Banda on 20.12.2024 asking for details qua the petitioner so that the proper action may be taken in the matter. However, according to learned counsel for petitioner no report has been submitted till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that since the matter is engaging attention of the District Program Officer, Banda this petition may be disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned, namely, District Magistrate, Banda to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction, in the first instance, to the Child Development Project Officer Badokhar Khurd District Banda to submit the report to the District Program Officer, Banda within two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Upon receipt of this report District Programme Officer shall forward shall forward the recommendation if any, to the District Magistrate, Banda within further two weeks and the District Magistrate, Banda shall be passing appropriate orders thereupon within further period of one month. 6.
