When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the written instructions from the 4 th respondent. It is clear from the above that there is a personal dispute between the petitioner and the Village Administrative Officer and the same is now attempted to be projected, as if large scale irregularity has been committed. This Court finds no merits in the present writ petition. 5. This writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
