Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. 2. Case-diary is received. 3. I have heard the learned counsel of both sides in the matter of prayer for interim protection. 4. The informant has claimed in the FIR that his 27 years old wife was kidnapped by the present petitioner. On the other hand, the kidnapped woman had sworn an affidavit stating that she went on her own volition. 5. I have scrutinized the case-diary. 6. The petitioner has filed his application with prayer for pre-arrest bail as he is apprehending arrest in connection with Hajo P.S Case No. 68/2025 under section 140 (3) of BNSS, 2023. 7. The petitioner who was on interim bail has appeared before the I.O and his statement has been recorded. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions. 8.
