The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and issuing an order regarding the subject of the proper scrutiny of the case, in the ends of justice.” 3. From perusal of the relief prayed for in the present petition, it transpires that the same is a defective one as the counsel for the petitioner has only drafted a vague and sketchy prayer. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if he has any grievance. 5.
