According to the applicants/plaintiffs, they filed the suit for recovery of money and the substantial portion of the cause of action for the present suit has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and except the fifth respondent/defendant, all other respondents are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, they filed this application. 3.
