After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to submit a detailed reply to the impugned show cause notice dated 18.06.2025 issued by respondent No.1 at Annexure-G. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25477 WP No. 19448 of 2025 3. The only submission of Sri Nandish Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the time to reply may be extended by a period of 15 days from today. His request is accepted. 4. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) The time stated in Annexure-G is extended until 31.07.2025 by which time the petitioner would have to furnish a detailed reply along with all documents to the petitioner wishes to rely upon. iii) Needless to say, in the event of the petitioner not supplying the reply by 31.07.2025, the respondent would be entitled to proceed with the matter.
