Heard learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. This criminal revision has been filed with prayer to allow this criminal revision and comply order dated 22.05.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur in Case No.92 of 2025 (Soni Saini vs. Rajan) under Section 147 B.N.S.S., whereby learned Principal Judge, Family Court has issued R.W. against the opposite party no.2 and further direct the opposite party no.2 to pay maintenance award Rs.8000/- per month to the revisionist from the date of application passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur vide order dated 08.11.2024 during the pendency of the aforesaid criminal revision. It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionist that in this case an application u/s 147 B.N.S.S. was filed before the learned court of Principal Judge for realization of amount of maintenance regarding which learned trial court has passed the order dated 22.05.2025 and issued R.W. fixing the date on 13.07.2025. It is further submitted that the opposite party has not paid any amount to her, therefore, the amount of maintenance be realized from opposite party no.2. Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer as aforesaid. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned A.G.A., perusal of record and the order passed by the learned trial court, it is just and proper to direct the learned trial court to make its endevour to get the amount of maintenance realized from the opposite party no.2 as early as possible. Accordingly, this criminal revision is disposed of.
