This writ petition has been filed against the remand order. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri A.P. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for private respondent, as to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that revisional court has only remanded the matter to the Sub Divisional Officer for reconsideration. He further submits that the entries of the year 1983, which is of the consolidation proceedings, have been tried to be corrected under Section 38 (6) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in the year 2024. According to him, the revisional court has remanded the matter to the Sub Divisional Officer for reconsideration. 3. In view of the said fact, this Court finds that no interference is required at this stage as the matter has only been remitted to the Sub Divisional Officer for reconsideration. However, the Sub Divisional Officer concerned is hereby directed to proceed with the matter and decide the same, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
