Aggrieved by the
order passed in I.A.No.2 in Crl.Misc.No.749/2023 dated 04.03.2024 passed by the III Additional Principal Family Judge, Mysuru whereby, the Family Court has granted an amount of Rs.6,000/- per month as interim maintenance. The husband is before this Court.
2. This petition is filed on 20.04.2024 and from that date, it is pending before the Registry for non-compliance of the office objections at scrutiny stage, as the same is not complied with.
3. When the matter was listed on 22.07.2025, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court had directed the matter to be listed for 'dismissal' on
23.07.2025.

4. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
