1. This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 12.09.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-7642-2024 and other connected cases.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that aforesaid order has been complied with in letter and spirit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner affirms the aforesaid submission and submits that in view of the above, no grievance survives. Thus, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
