Learned Standing Counsel submits that against the impugned order the petitioner has a remedy of the filing an appeal. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order within 30 days from today. In the event, any such appeal is filed withing the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided without going into the question of limitation.
