Such view of the matter, the prayer portion and the first paragraph of the order dated 24.09.2025 in the above writ petition shall read as follows: “ PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and workers for laying water pipelines from petitioner agricultural land in S.No.186/6, Palladam https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District to the petitioner's another agricultural land in S.No.46/4, Sukkampalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District without any hindrance from any other third parties based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025.
