He states that his maternal aunt one Tmt.Kuppammal had purchased a properto to an extent of 3000 sq.ft. comprising S.No.223/43 of Village, Villupuram Taluk and District. The said Kuppammal had executed a “ Registered Will”in his and his brother favour on 23.12.1993. His brothe rMr.Dr.T.R. Executed a lease deed on 25.11.202 and thereafter, he became absolute owner of the propety. He claims that the property can be measured only through the Ellechathiram Road, Chennai, bypass road. Abetting his land, claims that there is property which belongs to the State of Tamilnadu but had been encroached by the Municipality. He pleaded that he came to know that the Municipality is proposed to put up a construction over the said land which would adversely affect his access to the property. Hence, he gave representation on 19.07.2025 pleading that the third respondent put up a constriction thereby affect his access. Taking note of the allegations made in the affidavit, I granted an order of status quo. Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 1 to 3, as well as the newly impleaded 4th respondent. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Dr.T.Seenivasan states that bills pending with the 3rd respondent will be cleared within a period of two weeks from today.
