In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for quashing the Notification dated 29.10.2021 (Annexure 'A') issued by respondent No.2, calling for applications for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49027 WP No. 10509 of 2022 appointment of the Members of Committee of Management for the petitioner No.1-Temple. 2. Heard Sri Bannikatti Deepak, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Kiran J., learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 3. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from the impugned Notification at Annexure 'A' dated 29.10.2021 wherein the applications have been called from the devotees/public for appointment of the Managing Committee for a period of three years. 4. In that view of the matter, as the said Notification stipulates for appointment of the members of the Managing Committee for three years which has been completed by efflux of time, I am of the opinion that, no interference is called for in this petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49027 WP No. 10509 of 2022 5. However, insofar as the contentions raised by the petitioners with regard to the validity of Section 25 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, is concerned, it is open for the petitioners to contend in appropriate proceedings. 6.
