In pursuance of the order dated 06.08.2025, learned Standing Counsel has received instructions from the department which is taken on record. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that as per the instructions, the scrutiny of the answer-sheet has been taken place and after scrutiny, no change has been found in the marks obtained by the petitioner in the subject of General Hindi. It is submitted that the grievance, which has been raised in the writ petition, is only to examine answer sheet in respect of subject of General Hindi and that has already been redressed by the authority concerned and nothing is left for further consideration in the present writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the statement given by the learned Standing Counsel. 4. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid reasons and the instructions as placed before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of.
