JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 12-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 30 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the spot. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got three criminal antecedents out of which two antecedents are of similar nature. 6. Considering the criminal antecedents of similar Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2243 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
