There is a delay of 295 days in preferring the said appeal. The explanation delineated in paragraph 2 of the application, albeit not wholly convincing, nonetheless discloses the circumstances sought to be projected for such delay. Be that as it may, in the larger interest of justice, and bearing in mind that the delay is of less than one year, this Court applying a pragmatic and justice-oriented approach, deems it appropriate to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 295 days stands condoned. The present Civil Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. (J. C.
