Petitioner is an Ex-Service Man has been sponsored and got appointed as care taker at Youth Training Centres administered by 5*^ respondent. Initially his salary was fixed as Rs.25,000/- per month. He was initially appointed on 04.01.2016 and since then his services have been renewed on academic year basis. Petitioner states as per the current renewal, he is entitled to continue as care taker till end of the academic year i.e. June, 2025. Respondent No.3 has been sanctioning amounts to meet the expenditure for maintaining the Youth Training Centres and for the academic years 2023-24 and 2024-25, necessary amounts were sanctioned in favour of 5^'^ respondent and even the amounts were disbursed. Despite the same, the 5‘^ respondent is not allowing the petitioner to continue as care taker working at IIT Super 60, YTC (Youth Training Centre) at Srikakulam since 01.12.2024 and also not paying the pending salary for the last 18 months. Petitioner made representation dated 13.01.2025 to respondent Nos.3 to 5, however there is no response from them. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents, petitioner preferred the present writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Since representation, dated 13.01.2025 is pending consideration with respondent Nos.3 to 5, without going into the merits of the matter and expressing any opinion, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 13.01.2025, made by the petitioner having regard to proceedings in Exs.PZ and P8, dated 28.06.2023 and 28.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks, in accordance with law. 4. 3 5.
