Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No.506 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No.124 of 2019, under Sections 395, 397 and 376D, Police Station Knowledge Park, District Gautambudha Nagar pending in the court of Additional Session Judge/FTC Gautambudhnagar within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. I do not find any ground to pass such order looking to the fact that number of cases are pending before the trial court waiting for its logical conclusion and in the circumstances, no such direction can be issued to decide a particular case within a stipulated time. However, it is expected that the court below shall consider and decide of the matter pending before it in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible. 4.
