To, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent no.2 to constitute a medical board and re-medical the injured in respect of First Information Report dated 17.04.2025 registered as Case crime no.0142/2025, Under Sections 109, 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Badalapur, District Jaunpur in the interest of justice. II. Issue such other further writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the present case. Learned AGA has informed that charge-sheet has already been filed on 27.5.2025. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail other remedy under the law.
