With the appearance of caveator, caveat stands discharged. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that Trial Court issued the notice of levy amount to petitioner but petitioner being a poor person is not in a position to pay outstanding rentals in lump sum. 3. Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Lone, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if this petition is disposed of by giving him time to pay outstanding rentals in installments as granted by Trial Court and upheld by Appellate Court,. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the petitioner is permitted to pay the outstanding rentals in two months. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsels for the parties, this petition is disposed of by providing that the Trial Court shall stay away from executing the order, subject to petitioner liquidating outstanding rentals within a period of three months and paying future rentals regularly. In the event, petitioner does not liquidate outstanding rentals as fails to pay future rentals, Trial Court shall enforce the order and execute it as per law. 6. Disposed of as above.
