ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“....to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner against the 5th respondent having received the complaint dated 09.12.2019 and enquire into the matter as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice consequently directing the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner and enquire into the matter according to the law ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that Petition filed SPANDANA Petition and the same is forwarded to the Station House Officer, Mandapeta Town Police Station. During investigation, it is revealed that there is a dispute between the Petitioner and respondent No.5 with regard to misuse of cheque by respondent No.5. In this regard, civil suit is pending before the competent Civil Court. These facts were orally informed to the Petitioner, despite the same, he filed the present Writ Petition and would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before appropriate Forum according to law. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
