On perusal of records, it is found that the petitioner is seeking police protection to put up compound wall in and around his property. Already the petitioner lodged complaint and the same was registered in crime No.187 of 2025. It is also seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 3 & 4 in respect of the aforementioned property. Therefore, police protection cannot be considered to put up compound wall in and around the said property. However, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil court for appropriate relief. 3. In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is dismissed.
