Case No. 15 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.549 of 2024(A), for the offence registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 26.07.2024 at about 5:30 p.m., the husband of the informant went missing. On 27.07.2024, his dead body was recovered from Jiwari Maidan. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was also submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Sandir Munda @ Sukra Munda and this fact has also been stated in the impugned order. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.549 of 2024(A). (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
