Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a order or direction to the learned Court below/Civil Judge (S.D.) Jaunpur to decide the 6-C Application filed by the petitioner in suit bearing Case No.17 of 2021 (Krishna Kumar Versus Someshwar Kesharwani and others) expeditiously within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem and fit." 3. From the perusal of record it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matter Under Article 227 No. 236 of 2024 (Krishna Kumar v. Someshwar Kesarwani and 22 others) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 19.02.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
