A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that against the impugned order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra in Appeal No.675 of 2017 (Computer Case No.C20170100675), the petitioner has a effective statutory alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 80 of the Uttar Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 2021. 3. Since, there is a statutory alternative remedy of filing revision against the impugned order, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4.
